The Binghamton-Johnson City Joint Sewage Board is the governing body for the joint wastewater treatment facility. Its six members are appointed equally by the mayors of the City of Binghamton and Village of Johnson City.
Meetings
Regular meetings are generally scheduled on the second Tuesday of the month at 3:30 p.m. in the Administration Building’s first-floor conference room at the plant. Check each meeting notice for the confirmed date, location, and attendance information.
